The Roof! The Roof!
The roof is on fire!
Ok, so it's not really on fire. It's more like the opposite...um...it's on...water?
So yeah, our roof is leaking. Luckily it didn't ruin anything important. There was a lot of really old technology that I haven't seen before. Dad said they used to watch "videotapes" that you would "rewind" in a "VCR." I didn't really know what he was talking about, so I just smiled and nodded. I think that makes him feel good. It makes him feel like someone is listening.
Anyway, the great thing about events like this is that it really makes you reflect on what's important in your life. :)
